What ODT does for you
- We deploy your observatory or geoportal, hosted under sovereign control, with a documented database.
- We train your teams to run it — training grounded in your own data, not in textbook cases.
- We provide maintenance and updates over time, under contract, so the system does not die with the project.
- We support the construction of a national measurement, reporting and verification system, rather than an accumulation of project-by-project tools.
- We help you unblock programmes whose disbursement has stalled.
What we will not do
- We do not build dependency: when open-source tooling is enough, we use it and we say so.
- We do not sell satellite data — it is free, and charging for it would be indefensible.
- We do not deliver a platform without skills transfer: that would be preparing your abandonment of it.
