What you can judge us on
In a market where many assert, we would rather give you the means to check. Here is what we publish, and what we refuse to let you assume.
The role we held on every reference
Every assignment cited states the capacity in which we acted: design supervisor, subcontractor, expert engaged under agreement. The founder's experience — 37 years of engineering on major public facilities — and GEQUIPS references are presented as capacity we can mobilise, never as XP-NOVA's own record.
The status of every programme
Every published programme carries one of three statuses: model programme (replicable template, assumed figures), under structuring (real territory, dated status), reference (assignment actually delivered). Nothing is staged.
The source and date of every figure
The Observatory's indicators come from public sources, cited and dated. A public methodology note sets out the limits of each dataset. We display no decorative figures.
The escrow account and the technical clearance
Funds intended for works contractors are held in an OHADA-law escrow account and released only once a technical clearance signed by our engineers has been issued. You no longer pay on a declaration, but on a certification.

We stay after the funding ends
The graveyard of African territorial systems is documented. The Africa Regional Data Cube closed after two and a half years. Cameroon's land observatory, created in January 2019, has no website of its own. Several regional portals are no longer maintained, where they are still reachable at all.
What kills such a system is almost never the technology. It is the absence of maintenance, updating and institutional ownership once the project closes. Our competitors on these markets are international groups that leave when the contract ends. Our difference is that we are here, and we stay.
