Proving to a third party what actually exists on the ground

“Results are reported to us. We need to verify them without depending on whoever reports them.”

What is happening

Your situation

A distant asset, a plantation, a construction site, a reforestation campaign. Someone reports on it to you — the contractor, the beneficiary, the operator. You have neither the means nor the neutrality to go and see for yourself, and declarative reporting no longer satisfies your board, your insurer or your funder.

What you risk

  • Unverified declarative reporting is the first point raised in an audit.
  • On reforestation and offset campaigns, the gap between seedlings planted and seedlings alive after three years determines whether the commitment holds — and it can only be measured on the ground or by remote sensing.
  • Verification carried out by the interested party carries no evidential weight before a third party.

Our answer

What we do

We produce the evidence, and we produce it independently. Very high resolution satellite imagery cross-checked with drone flights, georeferenced orthophotos, automated seedling counting by computer vision, dated and time-stamped records. The deliverable is not an opinion report: it is a file of visual evidence your counterpart can examine.

In the Central African context

We never accept an independent verification assignment on an asset whose file we structured ourselves. This rule is published and binding: verification only has value if the verifier has nothing to defend.

What you receive

Deliverables

Things delivered, not intentions.

  • Certified independent audit report
  • Georeferenced orthophotos and visual evidence
  • Asset verification certificates
  • Reforestation monitoring and vitality maps
  • Certified survival rate reports

Recommended first step: An independent verification on a single site, limited in scope — the least expensive way to test our rigour.
