Municipal services that work on shared tools, chosen for their needs, which staff know how to use and maintain.
The Smart Commune component devoted to internal operations: review of the organisation and the IT equipment, choice and configuration of management tools (mail, civil registration, finance and revenue, human resources, assets), network and backups, migration of existing data, staff training and start-up support. Tools are chosen to work on a weak or intermittent connection and to remain the municipality's property.
