Digitalisation of administration, planning and services: digital master plan, municipal GIS, roll-out of the modules of the ODT Territoire 360 platform, staff training and digitalisation of two services to residents, for example permits, civil registration or tax payment. A hosting and maintenance subscription is possible; it is discussed in the proposal.
