Three follow-up points after handover, with sourced findings on the working condition, use and revenue of each facility.

Sustainability follow-up at six, twelve and twenty-four months after handover, which is the deliverable of the fifth stage of the method: working condition, use and revenue of each facility, fed into the territorial observatory and published. Each follow-up point leads to corrective actions.
