Productive rural commune

To show that a rural commune can keep locally a larger share of the value of its value chains: fermented beans, processed cassava, traceability compliant with the European deforestation regulation. The demonstrator follows the five-stage method, from the resource scan to the durability plan. The commune will be chosen through the call for Pioneer Communes.
