An academy designed around the needs of the territory's businesses, with an operating and funding model from the outset. Offer in preparation: a demonstrator with no reference to date, and no result is promised.
Design of a local academy: skills-needs study, trade standards, work-study programme, operating and funding model, investment files and partnerships with businesses, with construction support. A teaching management mandate may be considered; it is discussed in the proposal. This offer is one of the demonstrators in preparation under decision D4.
