37 years of major-project engineering
Josten Magloire Wandji — Electromechanical engineer (ENSP Yaoundé), statutory manager of XP-NOVA SARL. Member of the National Order of Electrical Engineers (ONIGE).
1989–1999
Project officer at the DGTC (Cameroon's Directorate-General of Major Works): technical and financial supervision of public facilities — including the Yaoundé city water supply (Nyong intake, network, water towers) and high-rise ministerial buildings.
1999–today
Project director at GEQUIPS: design supervision of the technology packages of major facilities — airports (Malabo, Ouagadougou-Donsin, Nsimalen, Douala, Bangui), stadiums, campuses, institutional headquarters, urban networks (Mongomeyen, Equatorial Guinea).
2008–today
Technical expert for APAVE: MEP expertise and technical inspection (buildings, industry, public facilities).
2010–2012
Technical expert to the National Public Procurement Commission (compliance of tender documents and bid evaluation reports).
2005 · 2010
Public programme audits in Gabon: Public Investment Budget (4 provinces) and support to the Treasury audit.

The articles of association of XP-NOVA SARL expressly provide for mobilising the technical, professional and human capacities of its shareholders — first among them GEQUIPS SARL — or of third parties, upon written commitment of availability, in accordance with procurement rules and the requirements of technical and financial partners. A technical support agreement binds the two structures.
In practice: when an ODT territorial programme requires airport, hydraulic or public-facility engineering, the corresponding references and experts are mobilised in the forms expected by donors (CVs, reference sheets, written commitments) — shared on request.
